We are excited to inform you that the SOHO project, one of the largest and most exciting urban renewal projects in Jerusalem, is now underway!
A Historic Event: In August, the first of the five old railway buildings in the Gonnenim neighborhood was demolished. This event marked the official start of this exciting project, which is set to transform the neighborhood and provide you and your family with a new and modern home.

What Does the Future Hold?

• New and Modern Apartments: 5 towers of 35 floors will be built, replacing the old buildings. These apartment towers will offer a wide variation of 2-5 room apartments, penthouses, and garden apartments, suitable for every need and every family.

• Prestigious Residential Neighborhood: In addition to the apartments, the project includes a vibrant commercial street and public buildings such as daycares and kindergartens, a synagogue, a dance studio, and more.

• Excllent Accessibility: The location of the project is a fantastic central location. The apartment buildings/towers are near the Green Line of the light rail and Begin Road, and within walking distance of Almalich Park and the Jerusalem International Sports Center, which includes the Pais Arena, Teddy Stadium, and the Jerusalem Tennis Center.

• Innovative Design: The project was designed by renowned architect Avner Yashar, who will give the new buildings a modern and elegant look.

What Did the Mayor Say?
Jerusalem Mayor, Moshe Leon expressed great enthusiasm for the project, saying, "Jerusalem is renewing itself, and the pace of construction throughout the city, including in the Gonnenim neighborhood, is accelerating rapidly. I am proud of another urban renewal project, near the light rail line, that will house many Jerusalem families. This type of project is the future of Jerusalem, which continues to grow and develop."
