Halutz Street is in the Beit Hakarem neighborhood in Jerusalem, the neighborhood is located near the Hebrew University in Givat Ram, the government offices and the Supreme Court. This project is a process of building evacuation in which our company emphasizes the principles of green construction as a comprehensive systemic approach in the planning, construction and operation of the buildings and their surroundings, for efficient and economical utilization of natural resources and the environment and in order to prevent environmental hazards. The purpose of the project is to create quality and sustainable conditions for the tenants of the building and those staying in its surroundings. A green and spacious park will be built in the center of the project for the well-being of the residents of the complex.
